Requirements

Replacement Service Benefits

Insurance Claim, Benefits, Michigan No-Fault, Application, filing claims, attorney, lawyer

1st party benefits require the injury to arise from the ownership, operation, use or maintenance of a motor vehicle.  !st party benefits are available regardless of fault in an accident.

Best Practices

filing for benefits, no-fault application, insurance forms, attorney, lawyer, injury, car accident

Maintaining proper management of your claim is complicated and full of pitfalls.  This includes maintaining accurate records,  documentation, as well as making accurate statements that will protect your rights.  This is much more difficult than most would imagine.

Representation

legal representation, lawyer, attorney, michigan no-fault, court litigation, insurance, car accident

Claims are easy until they're not.  Oxymoron? Sounds like it, until you experience it....and then it could be too late.    Legal representation is vital from the time of accident until the settlement of your claim.
