Criminal Defense

Criminal Law

Criminal Law encompasses civil infractions, misdemeanors and felony crimes.  If you are charged with a misdemeanor or felony, it is important to obtain legal representation.

Criminal charges may effect a charged individual's employment, schooling, financial aide, scholarships, extra curricular eligibility, or a multitude of other current and future goals.

We are knowledgeable and skilled in obtaining a positive outcome on your behalf and have the trial experience should it be necessary.  Call us today for a free consultation.

Misdemeanors

Misdemeanors are crimes that are crimes that carry a sentence of up to one year of incarceration.  Some of the most common examples of these crimes include minor in possession, OWI, OUIL, OWVI, possession of contraband, and a multiutude of other offenses.

Felonies

Felonies are crimes for which a person may be incarcerated for a period of greater than one year.  These crimes carry harsher penalties, higher fines and longer probation periods.

It is our opinion that time is important, as it may lead to immediate preservation of evidence which may provide a chance of having charges being dropped, reductions in sentences, favorable plea bargains or possibly an acquittal.  It is important to contact a legal professional as soon as you can.  Call us today for a free consultation.
