Our Team

        Jason is a graduate of Ave Maria School of Law.  He began  practicing injury law in 2010 and his experience includes work on the side of Plaintiffs, as well as several years of experience as an insurance defense attorney.  

        Jason has successfully litigated hundreds of negligence claims, vehicle accident claims, trucking claims, motorcycle claims and  commercial insurance claims and injury claims arising under homeowner policies. including slip and falls, dog bites and other injury cases.  

        Licensed to practice in the State of Michigan, the United States District Court-Eastern District of Michigan, as well as the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, he has a wide array of experience and expertise relating to automobile, trucking and motorcycle accidents.

         As a former insurance defense attorney, Jason is familiar with insurance claims, the roll of insurance adjusters, insurance policy requirements, expert reports, and insurance required medical examinations.  He was involved in insurance company special investigations.  The experienced gained as a former insurance attorney provides him with the ability to recognize and understand the Insurance company's strategies and tactics in litigating the lawsuit. He is familiar with, and able to advise you as to the pitfalls and the "traps" that a client may fall into during their claims processing and during litigation, as well as how to avoid errors that may hurt your case.

         In his current role, as a Plaintiff's attorney, he has had continued success in obtaining millions of dollars in settlements,  arising from 1st party PIP claims, 3rd Party Tort claims and 1st party medical provider claims.  He represents families and individuals injured in motor vehicle accidents, medical providers who have not been paid under No-Fault Insurance claims, victims of dog bites, slip and falls, and  other injuries. 

        In addition, he will  provide criminal defense to those in need of criminal defense.

        Outside of the practice of law, Jason is an avid traveler and scuba diver whose passion is diving with sharks, whales and other large marine life.  He  holds a certification under PADI as a Scuba Diving Instructor and is an avid outdoorsman who loves the National Park system.   He is currently working toward obtaining his Private Pilot License, technical diving certifications and hopes to obtain a Class A Skydiving License this summer.
